Ballots can be returned by mail, to an official ballot drop box, or at any Vote Center located throughout Orange County. To learn more about these options to make sure your ballot is counted, please see below for all information.
Every registered voter in Orange County will receive a vote-by-mail ballot starting 29 days before the election (October 7th). If you plan on voting by mail, please remember to fill out and mail back your ballot as soon as possible. No postage is required.
In-person early voting is available at any Vote Center starting 11 days before the Election. Any eligible citizen can also register to vote in-person at any Vote Center in Orange County.
Early Voting Locations:
Official ballot drop boxes are available 24/7 starting October 7th until 8pm on Election Day, November 5th. You can return your ballot to any official drop box located in Orange County.
Irvine Ballot Drop Box Locations:
Election Day is on November 5th! This is the last day to vote in-person or drop off your ballot at any official Vote Center or Drop Box. Your vote is due by 8PM when polls close.
